Provide daily operational support to sales producers by minimizing administrative work, analyzing and reporting sales data, managing sales meeting logistics, troubleshooting order processing and producer requests, supporting onboarding and training, and completing special projects. Acts as a resource for the team and works independently on moderately complex tasks. Hybrid role based in Cypress, CA, with requirement to obtain a state life/health insurance license.

Lead client growth, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of PBM accounts. Serve as primary client contact, manage renewals and upsells, coordinate cross-functional delivery, negotiate contracts, support RFPs, and troubleshoot PBM/app-related technical issues while working Pacific Time zone hours.
