Lead the Americas renewals team for Coursera and Udemy’s enterprise inside sales organization. Own renewal execution strategy, retention and recurring revenue growth, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and strategic account alignment. Coach and develop quota-carrying professionals, manage performance and change initiatives, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Enablement, and executive leadership to reduce churn and streamline commercial processes.

Identify, qualify, and close new business and expansion opportunities with enterprise clients of 6,000 or more employees. Build executive relationships, execute territory sales plans, manage full-funnel opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate complex contracts, and exceed sales targets. Use AI, GenAI, conversational intelligence, prompt engineering, and data-driven insights to improve enterprise selling and tailor executive pitches.
