Owns end-to-end RFQ and RFP responses for advanced manufacturing programs, including technical feasibility, cost estimation, pricing, risk, scheduling, and proposal delivery. Builds scalable bidding workflows and decision frameworks, evaluates customer designs for manufacturability, and translates technical requirements into commercial proposals. Partners with engineering, operations, and business development teams on customer meetings, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.

Lead go-to-market efforts for advanced manufacturing across aerospace, defense, maritime, and energy. Identify and qualify opportunities, partner with technical teams to scope solutions, manage pipeline from RFI/RFQ/RFP to contract close, develop proposals and pricing, represent the company at industry events, and provide competitive insights to inform product and commercial strategy.
