Drive new logo revenue by qualifying prospects, running technical demos and proofs-of-concept, and creating pipeline alongside Sales. Research customer use cases, translate technical value, execute outreach campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) data to support deal progression and enable sales strategy.

Lead and grow a global Solutions Engineering team to improve technical win rates, standardize discovery/demos/POCs, partner with Sales/Product/CS, and build scalable SE processes, playbooks, tooling, and metrics to drive pre-sales excellence.

Serve as the primary operational interface for partner field teams across EMEA, building relationships with partner sellers and technical contacts, coordinating enablement and events, maintaining CRM opportunity hygiene, supporting account mapping and pipeline progression, and acting as first contact for inbound partner requests to drive partner-sourced revenue and field alignment.
