The Legal Counsel will negotiate contracts, manage intellectual property, provide legal guidance for business, and assess compliance and risk. They will support the General Counsel on special projects and enhance contracting processes.

Provide employment-law advice to People and business leaders across hiring, performance, leaves, accommodations, terminations, and multi-state compliance. Draft and maintain policies and handbooks, support workplace investigations and training, partner on hiring agreements and contingent workforce issues, and mitigate employment risk for a fast-growing space company.
