Support in-house legal team by preparing and organizing corporate and regulatory filings (including DMPO), maintaining contract files, drafting preliminary correspondence, conducting legal research, improving legal operations and processes, and developing AI-powered tools/workflows to increase team efficiency. Requires periodic in-person presence in Los Angeles.

Provide legal counsel on data privacy matters, conduct privacy assessments, draft policies and training, advise on marketing and product initiatives, review and negotiate data protection and vendor agreements, monitor privacy law developments, and support the privacy program and vendor management.
