Support in-house legal team by preparing and organizing corporate and regulatory filings (including DMPO), maintaining contract files, drafting preliminary correspondence, conducting legal research, improving legal operations and processes, and developing AI-powered tools/workflows to increase team efficiency. Requires periodic in-person presence in Los Angeles.

Manage Rx Marketplace contracting from negotiation through implementation and lifecycle management. Ensure contracts are properly executed, stored, tracked, compliant, and risk-controlled. Develop effective contract terms, coordinate with legal stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and support program development for clients and prospects. The role requires deep pharmacy, health plan, and employer contracting expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with business collaboration tools.
