Lead contract actions including proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration for USG programs. Advise management on contractual rights, process contractual documentation, manage FAR/DFARS flowdowns, coordinate shipments/billing/DCMA interactions, prepare reports, and support export/license and proprietary agreement tasks.
