Lead development, negotiation, and management of complex US Government contracts and proposals. Provide contractual solutions, perform financial analysis, negotiate terms, ensure compliance, mentor colleagues, and coordinate prime/subcontract flow-down to support Boeing programs.

Manage and docket worldwide patent portfolio, coordinate filings and prosecution with outside counsel, maintain electronic records, review docket activity and correspondence, research patent databases, support IP professionals and process improvements, and assist with IP-related projects and inventor incentives.
