Manages complex government proposals, sales contracts, and subcontracting activities for satellite and space-system programs. Leads contract negotiations, execution, interpretation, and administration; represents Boeing in external negotiations; develops business solutions; coordinates internal stakeholders; and mitigates contractual risks. The role requires an active U.S. Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of business or contract-related experience.

Manages global export and import trade compliance, including supplier reviews, denied-party screenings, visitor approvals, technical data reviews, jurisdiction and product classifications, licensing, audits, and government inquiries. Provides guidance and training, communicates procedural changes, supports corrective actions, and improves compliance processes. Requires knowledge of ITAR and EAR, U.S. Person eligibility, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Lead contract actions including proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration for USG programs. Advise management on contractual rights, process contractual documentation, manage FAR/DFARS flowdowns, coordinate shipments/billing/DCMA interactions, prepare reports, and support export/license and proprietary agreement tasks.
