Provide strategic legal counsel for buy-side commercial transactions and disputes, lead negotiation of technology, manufacturing, parts, commodities, and capex agreements. Develop scalable contracting standards, manage post-execution risks and disputes, and partner cross-functionally to align commercial, financial, and legal objectives.

Support corporate legal operations: maintain entity records and filings, manage board/stockholder documentation, assist financings and due diligence, administer equity plans, negotiate NDAs, support investor relations, and provide litigation administrative support.
