Provides strategic legal counsel for buy-side commercial transactions and disputes. Structures, drafts, and negotiates agreements covering technology development, manufacturing, commodities, rocket components, and capital equipment purchases and leases. Advises executives on commercial terms, risk allocation, and financial implications; develops scalable contract negotiation standards and playbooks; and manages post-contract disputes. The role also leads cross-functional initiatives and supports the growth of the contract management function.
