Serve as primary in-house labor and employment attorney advising on hiring, performance, leaves, accommodations, separations, investigations, agency charges, and litigation. Draft and maintain policies and handbooks, counsel People/HR on workforce issues, ensure multi-state compliance (especially CA/CO), support government contract employment obligations, negotiate commercial agreements, and deliver training to managers and employees.
