The Onboarding Product Training Specialist will develop training and documentation resources, ensure product knowledge, and drive improvements in training processes for the Customer Experience team and customers.

Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion through regular outreach and usage reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Onboarding Specialist will manage client data migration, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and enhance client experiences during onboarding.
