Prepare and review the company's SEC and statutory financial statements, disclosures, and MD&A in accordance with US GAAP. Coordinate external audits, implement new accounting pronouncements, partner with cross-functional and international teams, produce ad hoc reports (including ESG), and support technical accounting and transaction-related reporting.

Perform monthly and quarterly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support. Maintain SOX controls and documentation, support audits and ad hoc analyses, and improve accounting processes while collaborating cross-functionally.
