Owns day-to-day accounting for a complex manufacturing site, including inventory, manufacturing costs, labor, fixed assets, capital projects, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. Supports standard costing, variance analysis, physical inventories, audits, internal controls, and ERP improvements while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Corporate Accounting.

Leads corporate finance partnership for G&A functions, owning budgets, headcount planning, annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, reporting, scenario modeling, pricing analysis, and unit economics. Drives monthly business reviews, develops KPIs, explains variances, and improves planning and reporting through Planful automation and dashboards. Provides financial guidance to non-finance leaders and supports ad hoc strategic analyses.
