Support equity acquisitions for MetLife's general account and third-party investors by underwriting, valuing, and conducting due diligence on commercial and alternative real estate assets. Build advanced Excel and ARGUS models, prepare transaction memos, coordinate due diligence and closings, interface with internal and external partners, and present deals to the investment committee.
