Serve as Financial Reporting Manager for FQHC healthcare clients: deliver financial reports and KPIs, support budgeting/forecasting and cash flow modeling, provide technical accounting guidance, lead and mentor staff, collaborate with advisory teams, support client onboarding and system setup, improve processes, and assist with technology integrations and training. Travel up to 10%.

Manage the insurance tax team, assist in client relationships and business development, oversee tax compliance, and support tax strategies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to behavioral health providers by reviewing financial reporting, preparing budgets/forecasts, analyzing KPIs, providing technical accounting support, identifying operational improvements, leading US and offshore engagement teams, and coaching staff to ensure high-quality deliverables and client service.

Manage day-to-day financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, month-end close, and client reporting for nonprofit clients. Coordinate project tasks, review balance sheets and account classifications, prepare reporting packages and work papers, and assist in managing accountants and developing best practices.

Perform financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings analyses for buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. Analyze historical and projected financials, assess working capital and net debt, prepare diligence reports and data books, support valuation and transaction structuring, present findings to clients, and assist in business development.

Provide assistant-controller level accounting support for healthcare clients: manage month-end close, maintain general ledgers, prepare and review monthly reporting packages and KPIs, ensure balance sheet accuracy, update client procedure manuals, coordinate project tasks, and supervise/account-assign work to meet client needs and budgets.
