As an Audit Manager, you will manage audit engagements for tribal industry clients, oversee teams, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with GAAP while maintaining strong client relationships.

Oversee financial reporting and KPIs for physician practice clients. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling. Provide technical accounting guidance, onboard clients and systems, coach and manage staff, collaborate with advisory teams to expand services, implement process improvements, and support technology platform integrations and training.

Manage and lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for real estate clients. Oversee staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and team performance. Research complex accounting issues, assist clients with GAAP and FASB updates, provide training, and support business development and community activities. Position requires client-facing travel and collaboration with firm leadership.

Lead and perform financial statement and SOX audits, design audit procedures, test internal controls, identify and research accounting issues, communicate with clients, and mentor junior staff. Participate in pre-audit planning and execute audits under GAAS, GAAP, PCAOB, AICPA standards.

Manage tax compliance engagements, communicate with clients, review tax work, provide training, and maintain technical expertise in tax areas.

Lead CFO-level client advisory engagements, manage change initiatives, provide financial analysis, develop client budgets, and mentor staff.

Manage financial reporting for skilled nursing clients, assist with budgeting and forecasting, develop team members, and improve processes.

Manage outsourced accounting for construction clients, ensuring quality financial reporting, providing technical support, leading teams, and identifying operational improvements.

Manage tax compliance engagements for high net worth clients, lead a team, and ensure timely communication and service delivery.

The CFO will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, audit readiness, client relationship management, and mentoring staff for casino industry clients.
