Supports healthcare mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, opportunity research, and executive presentations. The Analyst develops DCF and comparable-company analyses, evaluates synergies and operational impacts, coordinates with internal teams and external advisors, prepares investment memoranda, and improves deal-management processes.

Analyze complex health benefit plans, assess risk, develop pricing and financial models, and recommend plan designs, renewals, and proposal responses. Partner with underwriting, actuarial, finance, product, and account management teams to support client strategies and financial objectives. Serve as a senior technical resource, review and coach team members, lead process improvement initiatives, and communicate complex underwriting and financial recommendations to stakeholders.
