Leads a government cost estimating team supporting DoD, NASA, and federal proposals. Develops cost estimates, pricing strategies, cost volumes, bills of materials, basis-of-estimate documents, cash-flow projections, and risk analyses. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA, coordinates with engineering, finance, contracts, and program management, supports audits and negotiations, analyzes estimate-to-actual variances, and improves estimating tools and processes.
