Leads FP&A and Program Finance for a rapidly scaling aerospace and defense company. Owns budgeting, forecasting, reporting, resource allocation, indirect rates, pricing, program economics, EACs, compliance, and customer financial reporting. Partners with executives, program teams, business development, PMO, supply chain, and government customers. Builds a multi-layered finance organization and scalable processes, systems, and automation while supporting strategic investment and operational decisions.

Supports program finance and controls for space programs by managing cost and schedule reporting, quarterly estimates at completion, revenue recognition analysis, financial forecasts, executive reporting, customer communications, and program risk and opportunity tracking. The role partners with PMO, supply chain, and operations while helping build finance processes, systems, and team capabilities.

Own and build the manufacturing finance function for spacecraft and payload production. Responsibilities include forecasting, cost structure development, overhead rates, capital planning, procurement governance, production cost tracking, supply chain partnership, pricing support, build-versus-buy analysis, and capacity planning. The role begins as an individual contributor and will grow into team leadership while partnering with manufacturing, operations, FP&A, program finance, and accounting.

Owns non-labor program costs, cost variance analysis, project budgets, forecasts, and end-to-end inventory accounting. Establishes cost controls, reconciliations, and scalable accounting processes while supporting GAAP, CAS, FAR, DCAA audit readiness, financial reporting, and audits. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management to improve cost accuracy, compliance, and close-cycle efficiency.
