As a Risk Business Partner Team Lead, you will manage a team of risk analysts, foster partnerships, design training, and drive analytics innovation to support risk initiatives.

Design, implement, and oversee SFS's enterprise operational risk program. Establish policies, lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory alignment with FDIC and state regulators, leverage AI tools to improve risk processes, influence stakeholders, and execute strategic risk mitigation across the bank.
