Santa Monica-based TaskUs, an outsourcing startup for growing tech companies, has raised $15 million in funding. The round was bolstered by a Filipino private equity investor, Navegar.

The company was founded in 2008 by Bryce Maddock who projects an IPO within the next five years.

TaskUs works with tech giants like Tinder, Uber, and Groupon to outsource work to more than 3,000 English-speaking Filipino workers. The company says it has other large clients that prefer not to be publically attached to TaskUs.

Inc. lists TaskUs as one of the fastest growing companies in the past two years and they are predicting $35 million in revenue by year's end.
