Leads Vast’s brand design standards and creative direction across campaigns, brand initiatives, and key company moments. Manages and mentors a small design team while remaining hands-on in design and art direction. Translates complex technical concepts and business goals into clear creative work, partners with cross-functional teams, presents to stakeholders, and maintains quality standards. Also evaluates AI-driven design and production workflows and manages external creative resources.

Manage Vast's existing brand partnerships end-to-end: serve as primary relationship manager, ensure contractual delivery, track activations and performance, expand partnerships, research prospects, maintain pipeline and reporting, develop creative pitches with Marketing, and support Communications for announcements and media engagement as needed.
