Own end-to-end logistics for Garners multi-day Tier 1 events: venue and vendor management, rooming, transportation, budgets, onsite execution, production schedules, and post-event reconciliation. Manage RFPs and contracts, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, build event plans in Asana, and serve as the operational lead onsite. Travel up to 50% required.
