Define and elevate visual identities, creative territories, brand systems, and integrated marketing campaigns for 2K’s Core game franchises. Partner with strategists, marketers, studios, production teams, and agencies to translate positioning into compelling visual direction. Develop concepts, mood boards, testing materials, guidelines, and toolkits; lead creative reviews; ensure quality, accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency across channels while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Support execution of North America marketing campaigns within global GTM frameworks. Coordinate timelines, asset delivery, cross-functional partners and agencies, track progress, report performance, assist with budget tracking and invoice management, document learnings, and escalate execution issues to leadership.

Manage end-to-end production of global marketing assets for Core game titles: define scopes and schedules, coordinate Brand, Creative and vendors, monitor budgets, ensure quality and compliance, optimize pipelines, and mitigate production risks to deliver trailers, social, in-game, and performance marketing collateral on time.
