Manage a team of 3–5 technical writers to create and maintain public product documentation (APIs, SDKs, developer and security tools). Partner with Product and Engineering, research via product experimentation and code review, interview SMEs, and improve documentation standards and processes with the community.

Serve as a service-management subject matter expert, creating demos, presentations, documentation, webinars, blogs, research, and other technical content. Partner with engineering teams, coach communication, engage open-source communities, develop integrations, and provide product feedback. The role requires production operations experience, incident response and on-call expertise, familiarity with service-management tools, programming or scripting skills, cloud and container experience, and publicly available technical content.

Lead developer advocacy by creating technical content, open-source templates, and community engagement focused on AI-accelerated workflows, observability, and modern deployment platforms. Translate developer feedback into product insights and guide teams on balancing rapid prototyping with engineering best practices.
