Lead operational strategy for Global Communications: streamline workflows, manage budget and vendor contracts, build reporting/KPIs and systems, support SVP with executive HR and org planning, run cross‑functional high‑priority projects, and enable team culture and events.

Supports Crunchyroll’s theatrical and awards publicity team through press coverage tracking, reporting, media database and asset management, event and screening coordination, awards submissions, press inquiries, meeting logistics, and travel itinerary coordination. The role also assists with press materials, fact sheets, publicity campaigns, festivals, conventions, and industry events.

Serve as strategic communications partner to People Experience, leading internal communications strategies, executive messaging, campaigns, and multi-channel content to drive employee engagement, change management, and measurement across a global workforce.
