Provide senior client counsel, business development, hiring and financial oversight, maintain industry relationships, ensure compliance (FTC, SAG-AFTRA), and drive KPI-driven influencer measurement and campaign performance.

Lead FIGS' market entry and growth in Mexico by building local healthcare communities, managing influencer and ambassador programs, executing region-specific campaigns and events, overseeing brand consistency, tracking performance metrics, and partnering with global teams. Act as cultural translator and steward while managing vendors and driving grassroots engagement to deepen brand presence.

Support end-to-end execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns across paid and earned channels. Manage creator coordination, briefings, product fulfillment, timelines, Tolstoy and UGC initiatives, monthly creator mailers, event logistics, creator discovery, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Brand, Creative, Digital, and Ecomm teams to track KPIs and inform strategy.

Support and execute the influencer partnerships and gifting program, manage micro-influencer relationships and inventory, negotiate/contract creators, track KPIs and content, maintain influencer platforms, create content calendars and collateral, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize partnership programs.

Lead and manage photo and video productions from concept to completion, developing timelines, budgets, and logistics. Coordinate talent, vendors, and post-production while ensuring legal, safety, and brand consistency across campaigns.

Lead social strategy and content production across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content and live shopping sessions; manage content calendar and creative library; analyze performance to optimize engagement and conversions; collaborate with marketing, creative, and influencer partners to drive brand and sales goals.

Design and produce visual assets for social, paid ads, email, and website. Execute creative briefs with marketing and creative teams, maintain brand consistency, support campaign launches and drops, manage content and assets, and contribute light copy when needed.

Lead the strategy and execution of email, SMS, and push notification programs, enhancing customer relationships through personalized communication while managing the CRM tech stack and collaborating across teams.

Lead post-purchase lifecycle strategy to increase repeat purchase, LTV, and loyalty. Own loyalty program messaging, transactional and education flows, personalization powered by ML, win-back and reactivation campaigns, and cross-functional A/B testing. Drive retention KPIs through data-driven experiments and collaboration with Creative, CS, Merchandising, and Engineering teams.
