OVERVIEW

The Experiential Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving premium, culturally relevant brand experiences across key global markets. This role will focus on the development and execution of elevated partnerships within the hospitality, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, supporting brand expansion and visibility through strategic global moments. From boutique hotels and beach clubs to resort takeovers and seasonal brand integrations, this role sources and executes high-impact experiences that align with brand values, creative direction, and business goals. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong cultural fluency, deep market knowledge, and a global network of tastemakers and partners. The role works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure all global activations are thoughtfully curated and aligned with broader marketing and commercial initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITES

 Global Experiential Partnerships

  • Identify premium experiential partnerships focusing on culturally relevant hospitality, travel, fashion, and lifestyle experiences.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with global partners, including boutique hotels, beach clubs, luxury venues, and cultural institutions.
  • Drive the full partnership process—from initial concepting and pitching to negotiation, contracting, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Ensure all activations reflect brand standards and deliver strategic value in terms of awareness, brand affinity, and audience engagement.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Regional Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate global activations into broader brand campaigns, product moments, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Work closely with the International Retail Marketing team to ensure experiential partnerships complement local retail objectives and regional strategies.
  • Align with PR, Influencer, and Social teams to support 360 amplifications of global partnerships and storytelling across key markets.

Execution & Project Management

  • Oversee the production and logistics of international activations, working with regional partners, creative vendors, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Assist with timelines, budget oversight, contract management, and deliverable tracking across global projects.
  • Manage all needs for international experiential execution, with integrated travel to support key moments on-site.

Cultural Insight & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a pulse on cultural trends, emerging markets, and seasonal lifestyle behaviors across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
  • Monitor competitive activity and seek new formats and opportunities to push brand relevance and innovation in the global space.
  • Present regular insights and partnership performance recaps to inform global experiential strategy and market planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6–9 years of experience in experiential marketing, global brand partnerships, or cultural strategy—preferably in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong regional knowledge and network across Europe, Asia, and beyond; multilingual proficiency a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading successful international activations from concept to execution.
  • Experience aligning experiential efforts with larger brand goals and market-level priorities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strategic, globally minded, and adaptable in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.

 

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
