Create, shoot, edit, and publish 15+ short-form content pieces weekly for fashion and lifestyle brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. Develop concepts, plan shoots, coordinate products and wardrobe, monitor trends, manage TikTok, support campaigns and launches, analyze performance, and recommend content strategies. Local travel for shoots is required as needed.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, email, meetings, and confidential records. Draft communications, take notes, track action items, assist with projects across departments, maintain reports and trackers in Google Sheets, liaise with teams/vendors, and handle occasional billing and monthly travel.

Lead and optimize end-to-end operations including logistics, fulfillment, inventory, 3PL warehouse management, e-commerce execution (Shopify Plus, TikTok Shop), and cross-functional collaboration. Build scalable processes, manage vendor relationships, oversee international inbound logistics and customs, drive operational KPIs and SOPs, improve customer experience and reverse logistics, and develop high-performing operations teams to support product launches and multi-channel growth.

Lead DNAM Brands' direct-to-consumer e-commerce strategy and P&L across brands, oversee Shopify Plus, drive digital innovation (including AI), manage internal teams and external agencies, optimize customer experience and analytics (GA4), and collaborate cross-functionally to grow online revenue and profitability.

Lead TikTok strategy across multiple fashion brands by creating, editing, and publishing trend-forward short-form video content. Develop content calendars for launches and campaigns, monitor platform trends and sounds, engage the community, and use performance data to optimize growth and engagement.
