Supports international wholesale account management by coordinating orders, production timelines, shipping, inventory, purchase orders, invoices, sales reporting, and account documentation. Serves as a liaison among European sales teams, buyers, distributors, factories, logistics, production, and finance. Communicates product availability, pricing, and order status; coordinates samples and sales materials; and assists with showrooms, trade shows, and seasonal sales initiatives.

Develop apparel graphics, prints, patterns, typography, and production-ready artwork for men’s, women’s, and children’s garments. Create tech packs, specifications, grading rules, measurement charts, colorways, and placement guides. Lead fit sessions, review samples and garment construction, communicate corrections to overseas factories, and partner with Design and Production to ensure manufacturability, quality, and brand standards.

Enter, update, verify, and maintain data across company systems. Review and correct errors, organize digital and physical records, maintain confidentiality, generate reports, and perform basic data analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, logical and mathematical formulas, and data-cleaning tools. The associate will collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy while handling large volumes of information.
