Provide holistic financial planning to affluent and high-net-worth clients using J.P. Morgan Wealth Plan software. Educate teams, cultivate referral relationships with advisors, develop business opportunities, and travel among regional offices as needed.

Lead development and implementation of tax reporting strategies, analyze financial data and tax law, oversee multiple client engagements, drive business growth, mentor staff, promote tax technology, and maintain executive client relationships and compliance with professional standards.

Lead tax information reporting and withholding engagements (Forms 1099, 1042-S, 1042, 945, ACA). Review W-8/W-9, analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, design process improvements using automation and AI, manage multiple client engagements, budgets and cross-functional teams, and coach onshore/offshore staff to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

Work with clients to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Analyze data, build KPIs and financial models, design performance management frameworks, and deliver tailored financial solutions while learning and supporting engagement teams.

Underwrite Middle Market technology accounts within delegated authority by analyzing financials, exposures, loss history, controls and pricing. Assess technology-specific risks (software, cloud, data centers, telecom, IP, professional services), manage broker and client relationships, monitor portfolio performance, recommend underwriting actions, contribute to product/process improvements, and mentor junior underwriters.

Lead a branch sales team to acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships across deposits, lending, cards, and investments. Coach and develop staff, drive sales performance, manage operational risk and compliance, partner with internal lines, and complete the Branch Manager Readiness Program to transition into a permanent Branch Manager role.

Support month-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, maintain cash and fixed asset sub-ledgers, analyze financial statements, assess lease accounting, assist SOX and audit preparation, support FP&A and ad hoc accounting tasks, and provide backup to accounting leadership.

Support equity acquisitions for MetLife's general account and third-party investors by underwriting, valuing, and conducting due diligence on commercial and alternative real estate assets. Build advanced Excel and ARGUS models, prepare transaction memos, coordinate due diligence and closings, interface with internal and external partners, and present deals to the investment committee.

Lead US finance operations for Taboola, managing a team of six across US and Canada. Oversee month-end close, multi-entity/multi-currency accounting, SOX compliance, audits, budget vs. forecast analysis, and shared accounting operations (AP, payroll, T&E). Mentor staff, streamline processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to support corporate strategy and financial reporting accuracy.

Perform monthly and quarterly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support. Maintain SOX controls and documentation, support audits and ad hoc analyses, and improve accounting processes while collaborating cross-functionally.

Record payroll, benefits, intangibles, accruals, and intercompany transactions; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, month-/year-end close, SOX controls, audit support, and ad hoc financial reporting.
