    You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales & Corporate Operations.

     

    What you’ll do

    • Personally build and maintain strong relationships with insurance company partners, and convert those relationships into immediate sales.  

    • Be hyper focused on sales by focusing obsessively on converting conversations with partners into shipped units quickly

    • Draw on your personal contacts in the insurance industry and/or qualify potential new business opportunities aligned with Flo’s business development strategy

    • Deeply understand Flo’s products, and the insurance company’s business, in order to identify and execute on new opportunities with existing business partners

    • Clearly align Flo with your business partners’ needed success through Flo’s value propositions

    • Prepare and present reports on the status of your accounts

    • Intermittent travel to initiate and maintain business relationships (15 - 20%) (COVID-19 dependent)

    • Follow sales leads and close deals 

     

    Who you are

    • 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise accounts or in a related role

    • Experience selling to or managing insurance industry clients, enterprise sales environments, and/or IOT or alarm companies is highly preferred

    • Proven independent contributor, self starter

    • Customer-focused; willingness to deeply understand our customers’ businesses & target readiness

    • Experience executing successful go to market strategies

    • Ability to think strategically at the business and sales levels

    • Strong closing ability, hustler mentality

    • Extremely organized and obsessive about following up on everything

    • Highly motivated

    • Life-long learner

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Knowledge of G-Suite
