The Sr. Analyst, HRIS will help move our people systems, business processes and reporting to the next level. This role will partner with the various areas of the team to make thoughtful process optimizations that will help the team better service the business. This role will gain a deep understanding of our various systems and partner with IT in administration and champion enablement with stakeholder groups.
What you'll do:

  • Effectively partner with teams such as EE, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and technical point-of-contact for People Operations. Acts as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Utilize advanced Workday configuration, reporting and security knowledge to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with partners and developers to build integrations between our various People systems with other core business systems.
  • Handle projects with ambiguity and partner with People teams to optimize and extend the Workday ecosystem.
  • Manage HR Technology projects, upgrades, integrations, implementations and process improvements.
  • Thoroughly test configurations and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
  • Responsible for resolving the more complex/escalated requests and technical issues.
  • Serves as the technical lead, mentor, and trainer for other HRIS and Operations team members.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data for compliance and analysis.
  • Run point on People Operations' systems: Understand business functions and lead focus group sessions to build the strategy and lead solution design
  • Work with IT to administer key HR systems and test new functionality to answer key business questions.


What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years of progressive work experience in human resources operations and/or shared services.
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday ecosystem across different modules
  • Total of 7 years of experience in related field.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex quantitative/qualitative data and research findings into easy to understand, actionable fact-based recommendations and strategies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills (macros, pivot tables, V look-ups, etc.).
  • Effective presentation, written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to multiple levels of management.
  • Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
