Ready to be a Titan?
As our Director, Technical Talent Acquisition, you will leverage data to innovate our recruiting practices and help us engage with candidates in new and creative ways. You will drive strategy and accountability for processes while managing and mentoring a team of recruiters. Serving as a collaborative business partner, you will work closely with our engineering, product, growth and IT teams to help us continue scaling globally. You’ll report directly into our Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition and play a critical role in scaling ServiceTitan pre-IPO.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and mentor a team of technical recruiters and sourcers
Own the full cycle recruiting process across engineering, product, growth and IT
Partner closely with hiring leaders to ensure the our interview processes are quick, efficient, and inclusive
Uphold and maintain high standards for our global hiring processes and systems as we scale; drive decision making on local exceptions
Develop and implement strategic initiatives and sourcing strategies for recruiting diverse talent globally
Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company and brand, speaking at panels and events and learning best practices
Execute our global vision for recruiting by building a pipeline of top technical talent
Champion continuous improvement, challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to drive hiring decisions
Engage in company programs and initiatives to build a strong talent brand
What You’ll Bring:
10+ years of technical recruiting experience with a minimum of 4 years managing a recruiting team in a high growth technology environment
Aptitude for driving business partnerships and advising leaders on tech recruiting strategy
Ability to balance a bias for action with longer term planning and solutioning at scale
Proven track record of developing inclusive end-to-end talent attraction practices
Deep passion for providing a great candidate experience
Experience with Workday ATS preferred
