What It's Like to Work at Scratch Financial

I joined Scratch 2.5 years ago and it’s been such a rewarding experience. In that time, Scratch has grown significantly and my role has changed with it. I’ve had opportunities to work on the highest strategic projects (e.g., leading a pricing study, helping launch new products, introducing AI servicing agents) and feel supported by my team.

I've worked at Scratch for 2 years and had the chance to contribute to key projects like Industry Program v1, Stripe upgrades across repos, and Lending at Checkout implementation. Something I really appreciate is Scratch's light and balanced work environment that fosters technical growth while still having time for life outside of work.
