Support containment technical design and coordinate publication of design packages through stakeholder review, procurement, and permitting. Collaborate across internal teams (Broadcast, Energy, Technology, Venue Development) to align containment and cable routing, advance engineering designs to construction level, support schedules/costs, ensure compliance with health & safety and industry codes, and assist procurement, permitting, and event operations planning for temporary venue infrastructure.

Lead corporate, board, and internal communications to ensure consistent messaging, manage change communications, and support senior leaders with thought leadership, speaking engagements, and board materials. Build and manage venue teams, coordinate stakeholders and local authorities, track deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure venue readiness and compliance across planning, readiness, and Games-time operations.
