LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Manager, Web & App  Digital Experience:

LA28 is looking for a strategic and creative Manager, Digital Experience – Web & App to join the Digital Engagement & Marketing team. 

The Digital Experience Manager - Web & App is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of LA28’s web and app experiences. Reporting to the Head of Web & App, this role serves as a central operator across content, product, and technology, ensuring digital initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and delivered effectively.

This role acts as a key partner in shaping how web and app platforms come together to support the overall fan experience, translating strategy into execution and ensuring teams are aligned against shared goals and timelines. This person will be a key protector of the LA28 brand and a key contributor in building a legacy for the Olympic and Paralympic Movement through the lens of the fans and athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of web and app initiatives, from planning through execution
  • Align cross-functional teams (Content, Social, MarTech, Fan Data, Integrated Marketing) to ensure clear priorities and smooth delivery
  • Translate business goals and fan experience needs into actionable plans, requirements, and workflows
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with the Web Content Manager and Website Bilingual Content Manager to execute content initiatives, support publishing operations, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and delivery timelines
  • Support publishing execution and operational readiness for major launches, campaigns, and key moments across web and app
  • Identify and drive improvements to the end-to-end user experience across web and app
  • Lead coordination for major launches and key milestones, ensuring content, publishing, and platform readiness across teams
  • Establish and improve scalable processes across intake, planning, and collaboration
  • Track performance, resolve blockers, and keep initiatives moving forward
Background & Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience in digital product, program management, or digital experience roles
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives across web and/or mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, digital ecosystems, and content-driven experiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and execution plans
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or platform providers
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office.
  • Most work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
  • The LA28 office is an open floorplan working environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in an open cubicle environment.
  • Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods.
  • Perform other duties as required; the role will evolve over time and may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. 

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $115,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
