Summer 2027 Transaction Advisory Services Intern supporting M&A engagements through client research, data analysis, earnings recalculations, schedules, reports, and deliverables. The intern will identify accounting matters, develop transaction insights, collaborate with client and offshore teams, and contribute to projects while building practical accounting and advisory experience.

Provides high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, communications, presentations, priorities, and confidential information. Summer audit and tax rotational internship providing hands-on experience in audit, assurance, tax preparation, consulting, client communication, financial statement review, workpaper preparation, and IRS/FTB audit assistance. Interns rotate between Audit and Tax departments, participate in engagement planning, document procedures, prepare tax returns, and support consulting projects. The internship runs June 14 through August 13, 2027, with paid Wellness Week closure.
