We are partnering with a well-established, design-driven organization based in Los Angeles to identify a Financial Controller for a full-time, onsite role. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in overseeing financial operations for a company known for craftsmanship, quality, and long-standing excellence in its field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to maintain financial health and operational integrity
  • Improve and maintain accounting processes, systems, and controls

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Manufacturing or Logistics industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
  • Proven background in financial reporting, accounting, and finance
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
