The Sales Representative develops and retains clients by acquiring new customers, expanding existing business, and tailoring services to meet specific needs. They engage in marketing activities, create sales plans, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and brand awareness.

Manage real estate escrow transactions end-to-end: open escrows, review instructions, order title reports, resolve defects, prepare closing documents, calculate prorations, disburse funds, and communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents while following policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage title insurance claims from intake to resolution: investigate and evaluate claims, set reserves, determine coverage, retain and manage outside counsel, negotiate settlements, attend mediations/court, approve invoices, and pursue recovery when appropriate.

Manage all aspects of title insurance and escrow claims from investigation and coverage determination through resolution. Negotiate settlements, oversee outside litigation counsel, appear in court/mediations/trials, manage budgets and reserves, direct litigation strategy, and pursue recovery sources for complex real estate and insurance disputes.

Lead HR Operations to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and AI-enabled self-service. Manage HR operations team, optimize processes, ensure data integrity and compliance, implement SLAs and governance, and lead change management to shift services from transactional support to strategic, analytics-driven HR service delivery.

Support sales through technical expertise across pre- and post-sales: consult on solutions, deliver presentations, manage trials and SOWs, collaborate with product and operations, assist RFPs/RFIs, and drive revenue through strategic account engagement and implementation planning.

Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams to define requirements, design and implement system solutions, document processes, develop customizations, conduct testing and training, and resolve system issues to ensure alignment of applications with business processes.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of experiential marketing programs (events, trade shows, sponsorships, activations). Own end-to-end event delivery, vendor and budget management, cross-functional coordination, performance measurement (engagement, leads, ROI), process improvement, and introduction of new event technologies to drive business outcomes and exceptional attendee experiences.

Examine chains of title for residential and commercial properties, analyze records (liens, mortgages, easements, probate), resolve title issues, review and approve legal documents, select policy commitments and endorsements, provide underwriting interpretation, and interact with clients, attorneys, and lenders to clear title prior to closing.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team to design, deliver, and operate multi-cloud, highly available APIs and backend services. Provide technical vision, hands-on support, cross-functional collaboration, security and quality oversight, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineers and driving adoption of scalable platform practices.

Provide financial and strategic insight through monthly/quarterly reporting, ad-hoc and trend analysis, budgeting and forecasting, large data set management, complex financial modeling (scenario planning and M&A), and cross-functional collaboration to support business unit decision-making.

Lead enterprise quality governance for GO-Title: define QMS standards, drive operational quality strategy and continuous improvement, oversee metrics and corrective actions, engage stakeholders, mentor quality leads, and present executive-level reporting.

Provide administrative and clerical support to Claims Counsel/Analysts, including investigating claims, obtaining documentation, compiling closing files and title research, maintaining calendars and expense reports, handling invoices and billing, and providing paralegal assistance as needed.

Lead messaging and narrative strategy for a proprietary title and settlement workspace. Develop audience insights, maintain messaging frameworks and narrative resources, create storytelling assets, and partner with research, product, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and understanding.

Lead day-to-day execution of feature launch strategy for an internal product, develop copy and creative briefs, manage cross-functional reviews and design timelines, own email campaigns and reporting, and support other marketing initiatives and asset creation.
