Partners with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, and platform teams to define requirements, launch features, improve resiliency, manage technical debt, validate solutions, and optimize customer workflows. Uses market, customer, risk, pricing, and performance insights to guide product decisions and ensure compliant, differentiated treasury management experiences.

Develop new business for GIS, spatial, property, and analytics data solutions across multiple industry verticals. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory planning, relationship building, needs assessment, solution development, presentations, evaluations, negotiations, pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing, legal, subject matter experts, and management. The role requires property-data industry experience, established contacts, strong sales performance, and proficiency with sales tracking tools.

Manages the organization’s Security Operations Center, including 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, security controls, vendors, staffing, budgets, and service delivery. Acts as Incident Commander, leads containment and recovery decisions, tunes detection logic, develops response procedures, reports security metrics, and provides executive updates. The role also mentors staff, supports audits and disaster recovery, evaluates security technologies, and maintains awareness of emerging vulnerabilities.

Defines and governs enterprise network security architecture across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and third-party environments. Leads firewall, segmentation, Zero Trust, secure access, and cloud connectivity design; conducts risk assessments and security reviews; establishes standards and policies; evaluates security technologies and vendors; supports compliance audits; advises stakeholders; and mentors security engineers and analysts.

Leads the strategy, portfolio, adoption, and delivery of shared enterprise platforms, developer platforms, APIs, integrations, and reusable technology capabilities. Prepares and reviews tax provisions, federal, state, and local tax returns, reconciles tax accounts, researches tax issues, supports audits, assesses tax law changes, improves controls and processes, and mentors junior team members. Partners with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.

Manages title insurance claims from investigation through resolution, including coverage analysis, loss evaluation, litigation strategy, settlement negotiation, court and mediation appearances, budget and reserve management, outside counsel direction, and recovery efforts. The role requires independent legal judgment, strong communication and organizational skills, a law degree, bar admission, and at least two years of litigation or claims-handling experience.

Coordinates title production workflows, monitors pipelines, validates title order data, resolves complex title issues, obtains outstanding documents, and approves completed files. Supports escrow offices and customers, trains team members, communicates policy changes, improves procedures, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role also coordinates team activities, troubleshoots issues, and provides title and escrow production support.

Owns analysis, optimization, documentation, governance, and modernization of title insurance workflows from order opening through policy issuance. Partners with operational, technology, product, learning, and strategy teams to design scalable digital solutions, automate processes, embed regulatory requirements, analyze production data, and drive adoption across business units and geographies.

Coordinates large commercial, multi-property title transactions; tracks timelines, communicates risks and escalations, supports title offices, and serves as a liaison between production teams and operations. Develops procedures and training materials, directs global support teams, monitors compliance and KPIs, and drives efficiency improvements. Provides responsive customer service while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and transaction-related inquiries.

Conducts Alabama title research, compiles title search packages, documents findings, investigates tax records, determines tax liabilities, and prepares departmental correspondence and reports. The role works independently under general supervision, applies established procedures, communicates findings, and escalates complex issues. Work may be performed remotely with travel to courthouses, municipalities, and government entities.

Leads complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and operational handoff. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management, executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, legacy title plant data migration, platform initiatives, and post-implementation support. Serves as Scrum Master for an OCR Manufacturing platform, facilitates Agile ceremonies, coordinates releases, tracks metrics, and drives continuous improvement across business and technology teams.

Provides administrative, clerical, customer service, reporting, database maintenance, marketing, event planning, and training support for sales representatives and management. Responsibilities include scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, preparing sales materials and reports, maintaining sales records, coordinating marketing requests, supporting events, and delivering process or product training.

Leads workforce analytics and planning, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver predictive insights and strategic recommendations. Develops workforce planning frameworks, analytical standards, forecasting models, dashboards, and decision-support tools. Integrates workforce, financial, operational, and market data to identify talent risks, capacity needs, and organizational opportunities. Advises escrow officers on unusual transactions, documentation, laws, underwriting guidelines, and audit requirements. Reviews trends and reports, identifies training and policy gaps, coordinates and audits training, administers escrow file audits, supports regulatory and legal requests, and manages FAST rate and override-report processes. The role also serves as a liaison and subject-matter expert for escrow systems and requires strong communication, analytical, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using Domo and related platforms. Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and governance, build semantic models for AI readiness, automate reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and document technical designs and processes while supporting existing BI applications.

Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze variances and trends, support forecasting and planning, build and audit financial models, perform ad hoc analyses, coordinate international forecasts, manage multi-source data, and communicate findings to finance and business partners to support earnings processes and decision-making.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a high-priority AI-enabled software initiative. Partner with engineering, operations, underwriting, data science, and design to define requirements, guide development, manage tradeoffs, and deliver measurable outcomes. Lead AI evaluation, experimentation, and quality improvement while using data to prioritize investments and measure impact.
