Lead and manage the national reverse exchange function, serving as primary contact for inquiries, improving processes, tracking performance, delivering training, supporting complex transactions (including 1031 exchanges), building cross-functional relationships, and advising executive leadership on resourcing and team performance to drive growth.

The Sales Representative develops and retains clients by acquiring new customers, expanding existing business, and tailoring services to meet specific needs. They engage in marketing activities, create sales plans, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and brand awareness.

Manage real estate escrow transactions end-to-end: open escrows, review instructions, order title reports, resolve defects, prepare closing documents, calculate prorations, disburse funds, and communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents while following policies and regulatory requirements.
