Lead the launch and operation of Atticus’s personal injury practice in California. Represent severely injured clients through intake, negotiation, mediation, and trial; determine case selection and strategy; and oversee legal operations. Manage attorney and non-attorney staff across intake, case management, and support. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and company leadership to develop scalable processes, client support protocols, branding, and practice operations.

Own People Operations programs including benefits, HRIS, payroll, multi-state compliance, policies, performance and merit cycles. Manage vendors, administer HR systems, improve and automate processes, and support employee experience. Provide analysis and recommendations for future PEO, HRIS, benefits, and policy decisions while handling sensitive employee matters with tact and clarity.

Lead Atticus’s corporate communications and public relations function, building media presence, policy-driven storytelling, rapid response, public affairs, Congressional engagement, executive thought leadership, crisis preparedness, agency management, communications operations, and a growing team. Use proprietary data and client stories to shape coverage and policy conversations around Social Security, disability benefits, and access to legal help.
