Teams at Atticus

Lead the launch and operation of Atticus’s personal injury practice in California. Represent severely injured clients through intake, negotiation, mediation, and trial; determine case selection and strategy; and oversee legal operations. Manage attorney and non-attorney staff across intake, case management, and support. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and company leadership to develop scalable processes, client support protocols, branding, and practice operations.

Lead Atticus’s corporate communications and public relations function, building media presence, policy-driven storytelling, rapid response, public affairs, Congressional engagement, executive thought leadership, crisis preparedness, agency management, communications operations, and a growing team. Use proprietary data and client stories to shape coverage and policy conversations around Social Security, disability benefits, and access to legal help.

Support clients seeking disability benefits or insurance compensation by conducting interviews, analyzing medical records, drafting persuasive SSA memos, coordinating with representatives, managing caseloads, and collaborating with attorneys on case strategy. The role also involves improving workflows and contributing to startup initiatives with Marketing and Product. It is fully remote with quarterly travel to Los Angeles and occasional offsites.
