As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, source technical talent, and enhance the candidate experience while partnering with teams across the organization.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical hardware and software roles: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding. Partner with engineering and operations to forecast headcount, build pipelines, maintain ATS processes, ensure export-control compliance, calibrate compensation, and track hiring metrics. Support non-technical hires and campus/event outreach as needed.

Own internal mobility and contractor hiring processes from application or request through transition or start. Screen internal candidates, coordinate interviews and transition timing, maintain internal postings and documentation, manage contractor vendors and conversions, track requisition progress, and report on internal fill rates, transition times, conversions, vendor performance, and rate adherence. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, People Operations, and People Business Partners.

Coordinates recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onsite interview logistics, Greenhouse maintenance, feedback tracking, job postings, offers, dashboards, sourcing, recruiting events, and process improvements. Provides front-desk coverage for visitors and tours while partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership. The role is designed for an early-career candidate with strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills who can work onsite and adapt to evolving processes.

Serve as a strategic People Operations partner to managers and employees, providing coaching, employee relations support, investigations, compliance guidance, and lifecycle management. Lead performance, onboarding, organizational scaling, and workplace culture initiatives while ensuring California employment law compliance. Improve HR policies, processes, systems, reporting, and employee engagement across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams.

Own People Operations infrastructure, including HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits, compliance, immigration coordination, payroll support, employee engagement, and policy management. Support recruiting through job postings, interview scheduling, candidate experience, offer routing, background checks, and Greenhouse and Juicebox administration. This onsite role serves as the first dedicated People Operations hire and supports the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing aerospace, defense, and robotics startup.

Provides strategic compensation partnership across corporate functions and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include managing global compensation architecture, designing jobs and salary structures, conducting market research and quantitative analysis, supporting compensation surveys, reviewing compensation requests, developing total rewards programs, ensuring compliance, improving systems, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The role also develops communication and training for compensation programs and supports executive, equity, benefits, and broad-based compensation decisions.

Leads global compensation programs covering base pay, variable pay, recognition, equity, executive compensation, market benchmarking, and regulatory compliance. Partners with HR, Legal, Finance, HRIS, and senior leaders on pay strategy and public company requirements. Drives process improvements, maintains compensation policies and tools, analyzes workforce data, and communicates compensation practices across a global organization.

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner, lead talent and organizational effectiveness programs, support compensation and equity administration, execute employee lifecycle processes, improve workflows and HR systems, maintain accurate workforce data, and ensure employment-law compliance. The role requires hands-on operational execution, senior-leader partnership, manager coaching, and continuous process improvement.
