- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experiences.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Translate complex technical workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design processes and polished UI work.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience designing for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), or Mixed Reality (MR).
- Experience with 3D interfaces, spatial computing, or immersive user experiences.
- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other immersive development platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows.
- Experience designing AI-driven products or emerging technologies.
