DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time UI/UX Designer for DNAM Brands.

In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of digital experiences across our portfolio of brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused experiences across web and mobile platforms that strengthen customer engagement and drive e-commerce performance.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable balancing creative vision with analytical decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

In this role, you will oversee and drive performance across:

  • Website UI/UX design & optimization
  • Customer journey mapping & user flows
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Mobile and responsive design
  • Data-driven testing & iteration

You will partner closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, Development, and Creative teams to ensure digital experiences align with both brand identity and business objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, modern e-commerce best practices, and the ability to use data and insights to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize user experiences across e-commerce websites and digital platforms
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs
  • Improve website conversion, engagement, and customer experience through data-driven design decisions
  • Analyze customer behavior and site performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams on landing pages, product launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality
  • Conduct UX audits and continuously improve navigation, usability, and site performance
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and user experiences
  • Stay up to date on UI/UX trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of internal design systems and workflows

Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or fashion brands
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work across web and mobile experiences
    • Experience designing for Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and conversion-focused UX
    • Experience using analytics, A/B testing, heatmaps, and customer behavior data to inform design decisions
    • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern design tools
    • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first experiences
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and take ownership
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting quickly to evolving priorities
    • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives
