Lead FP&A and strategic finance for a Series A beauty/consumer brand: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow modeling, KPI/dashboarding, board and investor reporting, ABL/lender management, financial modeling for growth opportunities, and build scalable finance processes while partnering with external accounting and reporting teams.

Design and implement ML pipelines that encode visual inputs (pose, face, objects) into shared embeddings. Build and fine-tune CNN and transformer models, perform training, evaluation, augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning. Apply similarity metrics and clustering for behavioral inference and action prediction. Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and produce documented, version-controlled code and model artifacts.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, building responsive front ends and scalable backend services. Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, integrate AI/cloud services, implement APIs and CI/CD, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver mission-critical features.

Design intuitive, accessible interfaces and UX for web, desktop, mobile, and immersive applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems; conduct user research and usability testing; collaborate with product and engineering; iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics.

Design and lead end-to-end architectures for complex software and hardware systems across AI, XR, and robotics platforms. Define requirements, interfaces, and specs; make architectural decisions for distributed systems, cloud, embedded and AI applications; evaluate technologies; establish standards; conduct reviews; mentor engineers; identify and mitigate risks; and support integration, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Contract Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and submitting qualified candidates for placements. Use LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search and personal networks, conduct light screens when requested, document structured screening notes, and communicate candidate availability and compensation. No client management or reporting; paid commission (50% of placement fee).

Manage a portfolio of clients as a strategic partner: build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams (Accounting, HR, Payroll, Tax), monitor client health, lead renewals, drive retention and service improvements, and run executive business reviews.
