Job Summary:

As a Staff Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Programs and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. Team Summary:

Our Program Management team prioritizes customer relationships, operational excellence, and attention to detail. We focus on understanding our RAVE Systems (Products) and Internal Systems to deliver efficient solutions. Each team member plays a crucial role, impacting our overall performance. Together, we work collaboratively to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery 
  • Prepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributions
  • Understand programs’ cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedules
  • Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery  
  • Daily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risks
  • Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field  
  • 10+ of experience in a program or project management role
  • 5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior (or above) program management role with demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Experience with the delivery and management of products and services 
  • Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers 
  • Experience with project management scheduling, and delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups 

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $130,000 - 146,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
