Lead software quality engineering across multiple programs by defining test strategy, automation frameworks, and validation approaches. Ensure compliance with DO-178, AS9100, and AS9115, oversee system integration and verification in IFE environments, mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, and prepare certification and quality documentation for leadership and regulators.

Lead global brand, product marketing, and external communications for RAVE in the IFEC market. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, own brand identity and product positioning, manage tradeshow and media presence, oversee budgets and agencies, build a high-performing marketing team, and drive partner co-marketing and commercial outcomes.
