The Adobe Creative Product Group is seeking an experienced product marketer who has demonstrated success leading growth for creator-focused mobile apps. In this innovative role, you will be at the forefront of Adobe’s next generation experiences in mobile apps. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess growth opportunities, drive go-to-market strategy and implement mobile marketing tactics. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop go-to-market and marketing strategies for our mobile business, leading cross-functional teams to drive growth. 

  • Create clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to leadership to gain support. 

  • Lead global product launches that differentiate Adobe mobile offerings and drive mobile app adoption, usage and retention. 

  • Create and run a framework for optimizing mobile web journeys to the app stores or multi-surface, multi-journey-step mobile web experiences. 

  • Define and implement app store marketing initiatives. 

  • Analyze and communicate results, including near and long-term business impact. 

  • Build feedback loops on our key initiatives, incorporating honest and accurate measures of success and failure that drive improvement throughout our marketing and product operations. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • 8+ years of product and marketing experience in consumer mobile apps OR equivalent practical experience. 

  • Deep understanding of mobile marketing, with a distinctive track record of impact in marketing and strategy decisions based on your recommendations.  

  • Experience leading multi-functional teams—including Campaign Marketing, Business Strategy, Finance—to launch high-impact business initiatives.  

  • Customer empathy. You are customer-first and go deep to understand the customers across a wide range of segments and personas. 

  • Strong storyteller and communicator. Able to effectively communicate complex issues to senior executives, technical leaders, and marketers using compelling evidence. 

  • Bring innovative and creative thinking to build the future. You challenge the status quo to drive our team and cross-functional partners in solving problems and pursuing new opportunities with fresh ideas.  

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
