Internal Communications Specialist

Qualtrics is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join its Global Communications team and execute on our communications strategy across various internal channels. In this role, collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions is essential to align internal communications with key company messages. This position plays a critical role in connecting employees to the company’s mission and values, helping them understand our most important priorities and messages. Contributions will help foster a culture of transparency and engagement that empowers employees to thrive.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively, allowing for the meeting of deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.

Things You’ll Do

  • Manage the content shared on core internal communications channels, including Company All Hands meetings, Senior Leadership meetings, specific Slack channels, and email channels (among others).
  • Play a key role in planning and producing Company All Hands meetings, including designing agendas, working with stakeholders to develop content, building compelling presentation slides, scheduling meetings, and running Zoom webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information—editing for tone and clarity and recommending which channel(s) to use.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives.


What We’re Looking for on Your Resume

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
  • Exceptional writing, visual communications, and editing skills, with the ability to articulate details clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with virtual and in-person events, including logistics and content development.
  • Ability to listen to and collaborate effectively across teams and with various levels of seniority.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot quickly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
